Prakruthi Charitable Trust in Mandya, Karnataka, works to provide basic life amenities to the destitute, homeless, and orphans, which could save the lives of many children, and elderly .

Shri Sai Kamdhenu Old Age Home and Orphanage, started in 2014, works to save the lives of the abandoned, destitute, and homeless elderly and children across Karnataka. Currently, 8 children are living in this orphanage, and all their needs are taken care of. They are being provided free food and the facilities of lodging, boarding, clothing, stationery material, and other basic amenities of life. For elderly, they are medically treated, provided with comfortable accommodation, healthy and nutritious food, etc. free of cost. There are 11 residents in the old age home.
